On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, the students of Class VI-A organized a special assembly to highlight the significance of 'Baisakhi'. The assembly began with the students' peaceful rendition of the 'Shabad', creating a serene atmosphere. Subsequently, the speakers briefly explained the importance of Baisakhi and outlined the program for the assembly. The assembly included a segment on 'News Headlines', where students were briefed about recent national, international, and sports events. This was followed by the introduction of 'Two New Words' to enhance vocabulary. An inspirational 'Thought of the Day' was shared, enlightening everyone present. A speech emphasizing the importance and significance of Baisakhi was delivered, followed by a poetry recitation. The energetic performance of the Punjab Folk Dance 'Bhangra' by the students of Class VI-A captivated everyone's attention. Principal Ma'am commended the students for their outstanding performance and delivered encouraging words, acknowledging their efforts in presenting an excellent assembly.
