Pre-school & Pre-primary
1. Pre- school and pre-primary curriculum is designed to guide the children through a learner centered approach in the most efficient manner according to their own ability to cope with the formal learning situation in primary grades.
2. The children are involved into ample activities as the children learn the most through them.
3. Computer aided learning programme has been adopted to make learning interesting and effective. Various audio-visual modules are used to teach the concepts.
4. School lays emphasis on improving the communication skills.
Evaluation
Children are observed and evaluated at regular intervals and the progress report is shared time to time with the parents.

Evaluation And Assessment:
To avoid stress and to make learning an enjoyable experience, the school acknowledges and aims to meet students’ diverse needs – physical, social, intellectual, aesthetic and cultural. The primary school focuses on the students’ need to know, understand and develop the ability to experiment, explore and discover through an interactive environment. The activities are designed to enhance the interest of students in the subject besides linking the information with their daily life to keep it relevant to them.

Evaluation And Assessment : Students are taught to be lifelong learner through independent thinking, reading, writing and analytical skills. The activities are selected to enhance the interest of students in the subject besides linking the information with their daily life to keep it relevant to them. The session is divided into two terms. First Term from April to September. Second Term from October to March. The evaluation is passed on formal tests, informal assessments and activities. Each term will have a cycle of Periodic Test and one Term End Exam (Half yearly /Final Exam) for Scholastic areas.
Maximum marks for each Periodic test will be 25 and for Term end exam 60 and Internal evaluation of 5 and 10 marks respectively. Students will be assessed on the basis of result of both Periodic test and term end exams. The school reserves its right to promote or detain a student on the basis of the student’s performance.
Note: 1. Periodic test answer scripts will be handed over to the parents on scheduled PTM days. There will be no report card for the same. Terminal exam answer scripts will be given to students on a particular day as mentioned in the datesheet and progress report will be shared.
2. The students will also be assessed for discipline which will be based on the criterias like attendance, sincerity, behavior, values, attitude towards peers, teachers, other school staff, parents and society.

Attendance : All students are required to complete 75% of attendance to make him / her eligible to take the examination.
Each session is divided into two Terms. Each term will have A cycle of Periodic Test and one Term End Exam (Half yearly /Final Exam) for Scholastic areas. Half yearly exam will include Term-I syllabus. Final Exam will include syllabus as follows
Class VI: 10% of Term-I and complete syllabus of Term 2
Class VII: 20% of Term-I and complete syllabus of Term 2
Class VIII: 30% of Term-I and complete syllabus of Term 2
Maximum marks for each Periodic test will be 30 and for Term end exam 80.
Marks as well as Grades will be awarded in the Report Card.
Note: The students will also be assessed for discipline which will be based on the factors like attendance, sincerity, behavior, values, attitude towards peers, teachers, other school staff, parents and society.

Attendance : All students are required to complete 75% of attendance to make him / her eligible to take the examination.
CLASS – IX
Each session will have 2 cycles of weekly Test, 3 periodic Test (Pre Mid Term, Mid Term and Post Mid Term) and Final Exam for scholastic areas. 10% weightage will be given to Periodic Tests, 5% to Notebook submission, 5% to subject enrichment activities and 80% to Final Exam. Three activities for each subject will be assessed. Average of best two will be taken for the calculation of periodic tests and subject enrichment activities. Pre Mid Term will include 30% syllabus, Mid Term 50% syllabus , Post Mid Term 75% syllabus and Final Exam 100% syllabus. Maximum marks for each weekly test will be 25; Pre Mid Term 40; Mid Term, Post Mid Term and Final Exam 80. Marks as well as Grades will be awarded in the Report card.

CLASS – X

Evaluation is a continuous and spread out evenly over the entire academic session. There will be 2 cycles of Unit Test. Half yearly examination will be held in the month of September, Pre -board I will be held in the month of December and Pre – board II will be held in January. Students must submit all subjects file latest by 25th November.

1. A student will be declared having passes the class XI examination only on obtaining 40% marks in each subject. In case subject involving practical candidate must clear theory and practical exam separately.
2. Overall performance throughout the academic session will be taken into consideration for calculating the pass percentage.
3. All students are required to complete 75% of attendance to make him / her eligible to take the examination.
CLASS – XII

Students must submit all subjects file latest by 25th November. ENRICHMENT AND REMEDIAL PROGRAM
Classes XI & XII
• During the assembly time students of class XI and XII can seek remedial teaching to clear their doubts with the prior permission.
• Faculty is available to guide and help students on all working Saturdays. A special time table is followed for those students requiring extra coaching. Any difficulty in this process may be reported to the principal in writing.
